How is BUDS better than other established baby brands?
Simple. We are 100% pure and natural. We only use natural plant
extracts, manuka honey, essential oils and Vitamin E in all BUDS
products.
BUDS contains no harmful chemicals, artificial preservatives and
colorants
Most manufacturers of personal care products use a range of chemicals,
some of which are harmful to the skin over a protracted time of use.
These chemicals are foaming agents, cleansers, neutralizers (to take
away the strong smell of some chemicals) and emollients (to keep the
skin moisturized and conditioned). These may cause eye damage, severe
skin irritation, diarrhea and may even lead to cancer.
BUDS do not stretch the truth in "NATURAL"
Some products with 10%, 40% or 60% of natural extracts and oils claim
themselves as "natural". The base ingredients are artificial
chemicals potentially harmful to baby's skin and health. These products labeled
"with added natural extracts or essential oils" have
successfully given the impression that they are made mostly from natural
ingredients. I-Green's BUDS is truly 100% pure and natural.
What is a "pH balanced" product?
pH is a measure of acidity and alkalinity of a substance. The pH of
water is 7.0 - perfectly neutral. The pH of skin is lightly acidic
ranging from 5.5 to 6.0. The phrase "pH balanced" is used in
some products to convey a benefit. However, even if substances are
applied to a product to change its pH, it is only a temporary effect as
the skin's secretions will soon turn it back to the skin's normal pH. A
product's pH is not a danger to the body, but the synthetic chemicals
used to alter the pH are a danger. I-Green's BUDS are pure and natural
with a pH range of 6.0 to 8.5.
BUDS do not contain any artificial fragrances
Most manufacturers add artificial fragrances or perfumes to disguise the
unpleasant odor of some chemicals used in their products. The aroma of
I-Green's BUDS comes from the plant extracts and essential oils used. We
have carefully selected mild essential oils with therapeutic, antiseptic
and restorative properties for use in our products.
